NWA Rents is a family-owned real estate investment company with over 30 years experience in the real estate industry. We own and manage each of our properties, allowing us to provide tenants with responsive communication, service and a personal leasing experience. 

Our properties are managed by an in-house team with direct knowledge of each property, who reply quickly to inquiries and maintenance requests. Service calls are completed efficiently and at fair transparent rates - often below those charged by third party service companies. Maintenance is a service for our tenants - not a source of additional fees.
